There is nothing like a runner’s high. Whether your goal is to run a 5k, a 10k, a half marathon of a full marathon, Hutano Physical Therapy has running programs to get you on your way to accomplishing your goal. Our process is clinical and practical. It includes gait analysis, the range of motion and flexibility testing and strength testing. We gather all this information and package it into a progressive training program that will help the runner through their very first mile all the way to the 26th.

Starting with the digital video breakdown of your running, we break down your running pattern to identify areas posture and techniques to improve performance and decrease injuries.  The goal of running rehabilitation and training is to improve performance while decreasing injuries. Basically, allowing the runner to run longer while managing or eliminating injuries. successful endurance running requires sufficient strength, joint range of motion and cardiopulmonary endurance. We address these three critical areas to ensure that your running; whether you are a professional runner or a weekend runner, to ensure you are at the top of your running game every time you hit the ground.
