It allows for fine tuning your workout for optimal results.

Weight management personal training;  Sessions are progressive beginning with weight and cardio training;  Specific focus on goal-oriented results.  Clients will learn enough about exercise to manage their own lifelong exercise endeavors for a lifetime. Furthermore, clients will be able to teach family and friends how to exercise sensibly and effectively. Sessions are performed in a one on one setting with Dr. Makuve, the proprietor of the 45-minute workout. Sessions can be purchased individually, or as 12, 24, 36 and 48 session packages.
